Anchovy about 10 fillets or so

2 Cans 35 oz Whole Plum Tomatoes w/Basil

1/2 Cup of dry White Wine

1 8 to 10 oz Jar Clam Juice fresh if possible

32 oz Container low sodium chicken broth

1/2 Lb Pancetta diced

1 Cup diced celery

1 Medium large sweet onion thinly sliced

12 Whole garlic cloves cracked

1 cup chopped parsley

Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Sweet Butter

A Touch of Italian Pepper Flakes - Optional

Fresh Ground Black Pepper

Salt

Parmigiano cheese
