Ingredients

1 One pound package of Linguine

1 Tbls. Olive oil

4 to 6 Quarts of Water

5 Cups cubed Zuchinni

1/2 Cup diced onion

3 Chopped garlic cloves

1/4 Cup Salted Butter

Salt to taste

Sour Creme and/or grated Parmesan Cheese for garnish

Preparation

Cook the Linguine in water with the Olive Oil for about 15 minutes or until desired doneness. While the pasta is cooking, saute the zuchinni, onion, and garlic in the butter. When the pasta is done, drain it and add the pasta and vegtables together tossing lightly. Garnish each serving with sour creme and or grated Parmesan Cheese.
