Ingredients
6 medium size zuccinni
3 large onions
1 + 1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup vegetable oil
3 large eggs
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Peel and grate the zuccinni, squeeze as much water out of the grated zuccinni, reserve 1/2 of the squeezed water.
Chop onions very fine.
mix grated zuccini and chopped onions with the rest of the ingredients.
Pour into prepared pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 40-50 minutes, or until golden brown on top.
