Ingredients
1-2 lbs. ground beef
2-3 zuccini (sliced)
1 can tomato sauce
1 onion (chopped)
1 clove garlic (crushed)
1 cup (or more)parmesan cheese
1 pie crust (unbaked)
olive oil
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350. Saute onions and garlic in a little olive oil. Add ground beef and brown. Then add tomato sauce. In pie crust, place a layer of sliced zuccini, then cover with a layer of meat mixture, then a layer of parmesan cheese. Continue to layer, using all ingredients, ending with the parmesan cheese. Bake for aprox. 45 minutes till crust is golden. Let sit a few minutes before slicing into wedges.
