Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds zucchini, unpeeled, cut into 1/2" slices
1/2 cup sliced green onions
1/2 cup oil
1/4 cup dry white wine
2 TBS lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Preparation
in large skillet, cook zucchini and green onions in oil about 7 minutes. add wine, lemon juice and salt and simmer about 5 minutes, until liquid is absorbed. add nuts and stir until heated through. serve.
