Ingredients
3 medium potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
2 cups grated cheddar cheese (8 oz, divided)
6 TBS butter, divided
2 TBS flour
1 tsp salt
dash pepper
1 cup milk
2 small zucchini, thinly sliced
1 cup dry bread crumbs
Preparation
layer potatoes with 1 cup of cheese in buttered baking dish (10 x 6) melt 2 TBs butter in saucepan. remove from heat and blend in flour, salt and pepper. stir in milk. return to heat and cook till sauce thickens and comes to boil. pour sauce over potato slices. cover and bake 50 minutes. remove cover and layer zucchini and cheese over. Bake additional 40 minutes longer, uncovered
