Ingredients
4 cups shredded zucchini
1 onion, chopped
1 cup bisquick
4 eggs
½ cup vegetable oil
¾ cup grated parmesian
½ teaspoon marjoram
1 tsp parsley
¼ tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
Preparation
Mix together. Butter baking dish, pour in. Bake at 350º for 30 min or until brown.
