Ingredients
2 C chopped zucchini
2 C Chopped yellow squash
3/4 C bread crumbs
4 oz grated cheddar cheese
4 oz grated mozzarella
1 C chopped onion
1 tsp organo, pepper, salt
3 TBSP butter
2 C chopped peeled fresh or canned tomatoes
Preparation
Mix all but tomatoes and butter. Sppn 2/3 mixture into greased 9x13 pan. Layer with tomoatoes and top with remaining squash mix. Drizzle butter Bake @ 350 for 35-40 minutes
