Ingredients

2 medium zucchini, peeled and chopped

1 cup raw tahini

1/2 cup lemon juice

1/4 cup olive oil

4 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed

2 teaspoons sea salt

1 tablespoon ground cumin

Preparation

Combine all ingredients and blend until thick and smooth.

Serve with vegetable crudités, chips or pita bread.
