Ingredients
zucchini
chopped small. onion
chopped small. cheddar cheese
cubed or shredded. fresh michigan tomatoes
chopped small. can of tomato paste. can put other vegetables also. (mushrooms
peppers
or any of your gardens fresh selection)
Preparation
place all ingredients in heavy foil and place on grill. low heat is better. when cheese is melted and veggies steamed put in bowl and enjoy. If you have a grilling pot you may also use it.
