Ingredients
3 eggs
2 cups grated zucchini
1/4 tsp. baking powder
3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
3 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
3 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup Crisco oil
Preparation
Beat eggs well. Add zucchini, oil, vanilla, and sugar, mix well. Add all remaining ingredients. Mix well, scraping bowl frequently. Pour batter into 2 greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
