Ingredients

2 cups flour

2 cups zucchini

¾ cup sugar

½ cup nuts (optional)

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon baking powder

½ teaspoon salt

¼ cup yogurt

Preparation

Mix ingredients until a smooth, thick batter is created. Pour batter into a greased bread pan. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees Farenheit.
