Ingredients
2 medium zucchini
1 hass avocado
1/2 tbs soy sauce
1/2 tbs italian seasoning
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 of one tomato (no pulp or seeds)
1 clove of garlic finely minced.
Mayonaise and or sour cream to taste.
Optional: 1/2 red onion cooked or not.
Preparation
Combine ingredients in a blender or food processer one at a time until mixed. be careful not to over mix. Serve chilled with tortilla chips, triscuits, or spread on bread.
