Ingredients
1 8 oz box lasagna noodles cooked
2 packages frozen spinach 10 oz cooked and drained
1 pound Monterey Jack cheese , grated
1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
2 pounds cottage cheese small curd
2 eggs
1 tbsp parsley
salt and pepper
garlic salt
1/2 cup butter (one stick)
Preparation
Mix cottage cheese, eggs, parsley, salt, pepper, and butter together and add a little garlic salt to spinach. Grease a 9x13 casserole dish. Put a layer of noodles, layer of cottage cheese, then a layer of spinach. Repeat. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes until bubbly.
