cups uncooked ziti pasta (8 oz)

lb bulk Italian pork sausage

container (8 oz) refrigerated chopped mixed bell peppers

1/2 cup drained sliced banana peppers

can (14.5 oz) Muir Glen™ organic diced tomatoes, drained

cup whipping cream

4

oz prepared cheese product, cut into cubes

Preparation

Cook and drain pasta as directed on package; cover to keep warm.

Meanwhile, in 12-inch nonstick skillet, cook sausage over medium-high heat 6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until no longer pink. Drain; set aside.

Add peppers to skillet; cook over medium-high heat 3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender. Add tomatoes, whipping cream and cheese. Reduce heat to medium. Simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until cheese is melted. Stir in cooked pasta and sausage; cook 1 minute. Serve hot.
