Ingredients
1 avocado (soft part cubed)
juice of 3-4 lemons
3-4 stalks of green onion sliced up.
2 garlic gloves finely minced.
salt and pepper to taste.
parmesan cheese
blue or feta cheese
grape tomatoes halved of quartered.
1/4 cup Olive oil
Balsamic vinagar.
Preparation
Put all together in a container with lid and shake it up!
