Ingredients
-1 can of tomato soup
-1/2 a can of water
-1/2 cup of salsa (medium or spicy)
-Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)
-2 cups of uncooked minute rice
Preparation
Put in large saucepan the can of tomato soup, and half a cup of salsa. Use tomato soup can and fill it halfway with water, add to saucepan. Add red pepper flakes (optional)
Bring to a boil, add uncooked rice. Stir and remove from heat. Cover until rice absorbs liquids.
Sprinkle with cheese and serve with vegetables or any mexican dish.
