Ingredients

10-12 Med Yukon Golds

1 tsp Garlic Powder

1 tsp Butter

1 tsp Salt

3/4 C Sour Cream

1/4 C Crnbrrry Hrsrdish Sauce

2 T Salt

6 drops Hot Sauce (Hbnro)

Preparation

I slice each potato with skins on in half then in 1/3rds. Then I place them in a pan cover the tops of them with 1/2 inch cold water. I add the garlic powder, and 1 tsp butter and salt. I cover the pan and let it boil over med heat for 25-30 min. Then I pour them out to 2nd pan with about 2-3 T of potato water. I then mashed them lightly. Then add Sour Cream, Cranberry Horseradish Sauce, Salt and Hot Sauce. I then mix everything lightly.If fresh chives are available I add about 2 T sliced thin.
