Ingredients

1/2 yellow onion diced

5 strips thick cut hickory smoked bacon chopped

1 tablespoon butter

12 Red potatoes cubed and boiled (skin on)

3 tablespoon garlic powder

3 teaspoon white pepper

salt to taste

2 tablespoon dried basil

3 tablespoon paprika

1 tablespoon dried dill

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1/3 Cup Sour Cream

1/3 Cup milk

Preparation

Boil potatoes ahead of time and leave in strainer.

in same pan melt butter over med heat and add onions sautee until translucent. Add bacon and cook till fat is rendered.

Add remaining ingredients and mix well trying to keep potatoes whole.

cover and remove from heat let stand 5 min or while you preapre the meat.
