Ingredients

2lb med-large deveined fresh shrimp

1 lb maple smoked bacon (halved)

2 cups bread crumbs

1/2 cup grated parmeson cheese

4 lemons (halved)

2 tbsp salt

1 tbsp creole seasoning

2 tsp cilantro

Preparation

In a large bowl fill 1/2 with water. Squeeze in lemons, add shrimp and salt. Chill in frig for 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a meduim bowl mix together, creole seasoning, parmeson cheese, cilantro, and bread crumbs. Breakout the shrimp, drain water. Wrap each shrimp with bacon 1/2 slice. Then place in breadcrumb bowl, coat and place on a coated cookie sheet. Bake 15 minutes on one side, flip 15 minutes on the other.
