Ingredients
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon dried whole basil
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
6 4oz skinned, boned chicken breasts
3/4 cup plain low-fat yogurt
2 teaspons low-sodium soy sauce
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
Combine first 3 ingredients and sprinkle over both sides of chicken; place in a 13 x9 x 2-inch baking dish. Combine 1/4 cup yogurt and soysauce, brush half over chicken. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes. Turn chicken over; brush with the remaining yogurt mixture, and bake an additional 10 minutes. Combine the remaining 1/2 cup yogurt and flour; stir well, and spoon over chicken. Sprinkle with cheese and bake an additional 15 minutes or until chicken is done.
