Ingredients
8 large or 16 small chicken breasts(skinless and boneless)
14 oz apricot preserves
1/4 teaspoon Cayanne pepper
1 large Wishbone Russian dressing
1 pkg dry onion soup mix
Salt & Pepper
Preparation
Mix the preserves and the red pepper…set aside Place the chicken in a roasting pan or a baking dish. Salt and pepper Smear apricot preserves all over the chicken. Pour Wishbone Russian dressing over it. Sprinkle with dry onion soup mix.
Bake at 325° for 1-1 1/2 hours.
