Ingredients

1/2 cup dried savory or thyme (1 ounce) 

1/4 cup sumac (3/4 ounce) 

1/2 teaspoon coarse salt 

1 tablespoon sesame seeds, lightly toasted (1/4 ounce) 

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. In batches, grind in a spice mill until fine.
