Ingredients
First and Goal Garlic Buffalo Wings
5 or 10 lb bag of wingets or wings; just cut Drumsticks
1 bottle hot sauce (Louisiana)
Vinegar, butter, minced garlic
Seasons:
Accent, blk pepper, seasoned salt
Frying pan and small pot
Preparation
Cooking:
Stage 1:
Season chicken.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Add oil to frying pan turned on high, then turn down to med.
Deep fry chicken to golden brown crisp.
Strain chicken.
Pour chicken into big bowl with lid.
Stage 2:
Sauce:
Pour hot sauce in small pot - 1 large bottle.
2 caps full of vinegar to taste.
3/4 stick of butter or cholsterol free butter.
Minced garlic to liking.
Cook on low then simmer.
Stage 3:
Pour sauce on chicken then shake up well.
Pour chicken and sauce in backing pan and bake for 15-25 minutes.
