Ingredients
3 tomatoes
6 tomatillos
8 wax pepper (yellow jalapeño)
2 habanero
1 bunch cilantro
1 tbs cumin (whole, toasted, then ground)
1 tbs dried oregeno
1/2 bulb garlic or less
Preparation
Steam tomatoes, tomatillo, wax peppers until skins start to split. Use about half a bunch of cilantro or to taste. Combine rest of ingredients and blend WELL. Salt and taste. Better and cooler on the second day.
