Ingredients

1 cup of almonds or nuts of your choice

2 cups of water

1 small can of pimentoes

2 tsp onion powder

1 tsp garlic powder

3 tbsp nutritional yeast

1/2 tsp cumin

2-3 tbsp parsley

1 tsp mustard powder

2 tbsp honey or molasses

salt to taste

Preparation

Blend all of the above ingredients in the blender until smooth. Cook on stove top stirring constantly for about 10 minutes. Pour over pasta. Enjoy!
