Ingredients
1 Tablespoon Olive oil
Chopped Scallions/ Onions (or both!)
Chopped/ dried tomatoes
Spinach
Basil
Garlic
Butter (Optional)
Preparation
Note: make sure to begin with veggies that are room-temp. not chilled.
~Add olive oil to a skillet set on medium-high. (Adjust temperature as necessary)
~Add vegetables to skillet, paying mind to cooking time. (Ex. onions will take longer to cook than spinach)
