Ingredients

1 Orange (zested and juiced)

1-2 Cloves Garlic

1 Tbs. Dried or fresh Taragon

Splash Olive oil

1 Tbs. Honey

1/4 cup White wine vinegar (more or less to taste)

Salt/Pepper to taste

Sliced almonds (about 1 cup)

Chicken Breast

Preparation

Wash Chicken Breast Season with salt and pepper

Toast Almonds in skillet on low heat while warmin gin pan on med. heat: Zest Orange, then Juice Orange, add honey Grate Garlic clove(s) add olive oil and white wine vinegar to taste, add in taragon, salt and pepper to taste. spoon mixture onto almonds while toasting them for extra flavor. put chicken breast in pan, pour mixture over it and cook on 350-345 degrees for approximately 30 min. (45 min. to an hour if really thick)

Goes really well with steamed rice or broccoli
