Ingredients
3 packages frozen greens
1 large onion, chopped
4 teaspoons basil
4 teaspoons parsley
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup water
1 quart canned tomatoes
Preparation
Choose from any frozen greens you like (I usually mix three varieties together, such as kale, collard and turnip greens, or whatever I have available). Mix all ingredients in large pan. Cook for about 20 to 30 minutes. For smooth consistency, blend in Vita-Mix.
