Ingredients

1 white cake mix using 3 whole egg rather than 4 egg whites according to directions

1 can cream of coconut …not.. coconut milk

1/3 can of condensed milk

1 container of cool whip

1 1/2 cup coconut

Preparation

hear oven to 350

bake cake as directed

mix cream of coconut and condensed milk together poke holes in cake while hot and spread this on cake. let cake cool and frost with cool whip and sprinkle with coconut. Let cake stand for a few hours before serving to let flavors mingle.
