Ingredients

2 Cans Black Beans

Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1 Large Onion (diced)

3 sprigs of celery (diced)

3 cloves garlic (diced small)

3 plum (roma) tomatoes (diced)

3 sprigs parsley (diced)

Creole Seasoning

Canjun Seasoning

Salt

Pepper

Preparation

Place olive oil in pan and heat. Add garlic. When the garlic cook on high for 1 minute then add the celery and onion. Cook until soft.

Add tomatoes and parsley cook for 1 minute. Add the black beans (drained), 1/2 tablespoon creole seasoning, 1/2 tablespoon cajun seasoning and salt and pepper to taste. Cook for 2 minutes and serve.
