Ingredients
2 pounds Yucca, Peeled and cut into cubes
1 Bunch Cilantro, cleaned and chopped
1/2 Cup Olive Oil
2 Limes
4 Garlic Cloves, Crushed or minced
Salt to taste
Preparation
Steam Yucca to desired tenderness- Fork should insert easily-Set aside Mince zest of Lime, and add juice to all other ingredients to make the Sauce- Add Yucca and mix.
