Ingredients
Goat cheese - creamy and cold
pecans - grated:
yuca flour
milk
dill
frying oil
Preparation
dough: mix the yuca flour with the milk (can use water with a bit of butter instead) filling: Mix the dill and cheese and pecans, and do small balls with it
Roll the dough thin and cut into small squares, and with hands wrpa each square around the cheese balls, and form a ball around it.
Fry - or bake
Variation: Can change pecans for champignons and pine nuts - then add some pine nut oil to the dough
