Ingredients

(1)Family Pack of Chicken Legs.

(2 tbsp)Salt

(2 tbsp)Pepper

(4 cups)Vinegar

(1/2 cup)Garlic Powder,

(1/2 cup)Onion Powder,

(2/3 cup)Olive Oil and

As much Hot Sauce as you can stand.

Preparation

Wash chicken thoroughly.

Place in a bowl filled with the vinegar and hot sauce.

Season the chicken legs as they remain in the vinegar for around 35-40 minutes.

Remove chicken and baste in hot sauce and then season as though it were the first time (remember to season beneath the skin as well).

Pour mixture of vinegar and hot sauce into the baking pan.

Place chicken legs inside and bake(covered) at 475 degrees for about 35 minutes… basting every ten minutes with vinegar/hot sauce from the bottom of the pan.

After about 35 minutes…

Turn oven to broil.

Remove the cover and place chicken inside oven for an additional 15 minutes(turning the chicken basting at least two more times)

Allow to cook until chicken is brown, skin is crunchy and the vinegar/hot sauce has thickened to a delicious gravy with which you will baste the meat a final time upon serving.
