Ingredients

1 13oz. can of chunked chicken such as Sweet Sue.

1 11oz. can of cream of chicken soup

1 cup of shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese

1/2 bag Egg Noodles such as “No Yokes”

Bread Crumbs

Butter

Hot Sauce

Various Herbs

Salt & Pepper

Preparation

Put chicken in bowl-do not drain. Break chicken into smaller pieces with a wooden spoon. Add cream soup along with 1/2 can of water and 1 cup of cheddar cheese in bowl with chicken and mix. Boil 1/2 bag of noddles until al dente. Mix noddles in chicken mixture and blend. Add a dash of hot sauce and various herbs such as tarragon, and salt & pepper to taste. Put into a greased casserole, top with bread crumbs and ad butter pats on top. Bake in a 425 degree oven until bread topping is golden brown, approx. 35 minutes. Serves 4.
