1/4 Cup Oil
3 Cups All-Purpose Flour
3 Large Eggs
1/2 Cup Milk
Pinch Salt
Pinch Pepper
Cold Water
Preparation
Pre-heat oven 400 15 minutes befor baking Using a Non-stick Muffin pan put 1 tea-spoon of oil in each muffin pot and put the pan in the oven to heat up the oil.
Put flour in a large mixing bowl and using a large hand whisk, add eggs, Milk, salt, pepper and add water till it is a little thiner than pan cake mixture now whisk for a good 2 minutes . I let it stand for at least 20 minutes and then whisk more air into it..Pour into hot muffin pan and bake for about 25-30 minutes. Do Not peek or open oven for at least 12 minutes or it will flatten the puddings. It is important not to keep opening the oven door..
