Ingredients

1 Cup flour

3/4 tsp salt

2 eggs

1 cup milk

1/2 beef drippings

Preparation

  1. Shift together flour and salt in a medium bowl. Make a well in center and add eggs. wisk in milk. Mix until smooth. Set aside at room temp for 1 hr.

  2. Preheat over to 450. Pour beef drippings in a 8x10 baking pan. Heat in oven until smoking hot, approx 10 minutes. Pour batter into pan and bake, w/o opening oven door until pudding has risen and is golden, approx 20 minutes.
