Ingredients
4 cloves of garlic
Olive oil
1 box sliced mushrooms
White wine
1 pint cream
1 cup parmesan
1/3 lb prosciutto
1/2 bag frozen peas
Preparation
- Saute 4 cloves of garlic in olive oil
- add one box of sliced mushrooms. cook til done
- add one half cup white wine. cook to alcohol is burned off.
- add one pint (or less) of light cream. boil until reduced by 1/3. should be thick enough so cream parts
- add one cup parmesan cheeses
- add 1/3 lb prosciutto cut in ribbons
- add 1/2 bag of peas one minute before pasta is done. use 1 package of farfalle pasta.
- drain past and peas.
- add to cream mixture
- season with salt and pepper.
