3/4 cup plain yogurt

3/4 cup diced pear

3 tablespoons pitted small medjool dates

9 tablespoons pomegranate seeds

honey to taste

Preparation

In a small bowl, layer 1/4 cup plain yogurt, 1/4 cup small-dice pear, 1 heaping tablespoon pitted, small-dice Medjool dates, 3 tablespoons pomegranate seeds, and honey to taste. Repeat twice more.
