Ingredients
12 to 18 OZ low fat or non fat yogurt.
The juice of one lemon.
1 tbs rice vinegar, or white wine vinegar.
Chives.
1 garlic clove.
1/2 onion.
Parsley (fresh or dry).
3 to 4 tbs blue cheese (crunched)or finely shredded hard cheese.
Salt, pepper.
Preparation
Finely mince the onion and the garlic as well as the chives and parsley. Add the lemon juice and the vinegar to the yogurt. Add the cheese, the pepper, and depending on the salinity of the cheese, add more or less salt. Add the other ingredients and store the sauce in the refrigerator for one hour before serving.
