Ingredients

2 cups low-fat plain yogurt, preferably Greek-style

1/2 English cucumber, halved lengthwise, seeded, and grated

1/4 cup freshly chopped cilantro

Juice of 1/2 lime

Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper
