1/2 English cucumber, halved lengthwise, seeded, and grated
1/4 cup freshly chopped cilantro
Juice of 1/2 lime
Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper
Preparation
Combine yogurt, cucumbers, cilantro, and lime juice in a medium bowl; season with salt and pepper.
