Ingredients
Rice
Chicken broth
Red onion
Hot yellow pepper
Sweet red pepper
Ground cumin
Ground coriander
Ground cardamom
Turmeric
Lime
Preparation
Cook rice in broth. Saute chopped onion and peppers in olive oil. Add spices. Add cooked rice to vegies and cook till drier with some crispiness. Season with salt and pepper and serve with a lime wedge.
