Ingredients

300 grams cake flour

3.5 tsp baking powder

0.5 tsp salt

170 grams butter

265 grams granulated sugar

6 large egg yolks

240 ml milk

2 tsp butter extract

Preparation

Preheat oven 350 deg and spray 2 9 inch round cake pans

Sift together flour, baking powder and salt

Cream butter and sugar till light and fluffy. Add egg yolks one at a time. Add butter extract.

Alternate adding milk and flour.

Divide batter between 2 pans and bake for 25-30 min.
