Ingredients
Prepare this the day before :
1 package dry yeast dissolved in 1/2 cup warm water
2 cups milk
1/3 cup melted butter
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon sugar
3 cups sifted flour
Mix these well with mixer and leave covered at room temperature overnight.
Just prior to preparing waffles:
Beat in 2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
Bake in waffle iron until waffle stops steaming.
Preparation
Prepare the first ingredients one day ahead so as to let the yeast lighten the waffle mix.
Add in the egg, baking soda just before making the waffles
