Ingredients

2 tbsp shortening

3 tbsp sugar

1 c hot water

.25 oz pkg yeast

1 egg, beaten

1 tsp salt

2 1/2 c flour

Preparation

Grease pan. Mix shortening, sugar and hot water. Mix in yeast to dissolve. Mix in egg, salt and then gradually add flour. Allow to rise and double 4-6 hours. Diving into balls in muffin pan. Allow to rise and double 4-6 hours. Bake 10 minutes.
