Ingredients

1 c. butter or margarine

1 c. sour cream

pinch salt

2 c. flour

2 tbsp. sugar

1 c. chopped walnuts

1 c. raisins

cinnamon/sugar mixed

1 8oz. jar apricot preserves

Preparation

Mix sugar, salt & flour. Cut in butter until like coarse meal. Add sour cream & mix until smooth. Refrigerate 1 or 2 hrs. Divide dough into 3 parts. Roll out on floured wax paper into rectangle. Spread with apricot preserves. Sprinkle with cinn/sugar, chopped walnuts and raisins. Roll like a jelly roll. Place, seam side down, on ungreased cookie sheet. Score on diagnol, 1/2" apart. Bake 40-45 min. at 350 deg. Cool and slice. Freezes well. DO NOT OVERFILL.
