Ingredients
1 lb.smoked sausage 1 green bell pepper chopped. 1 stalk of celery chopped. 1 medium onion chopped. 1 14 1/2 oz.can tomatoes
with juice. 1 cup rice Creole seasoning to taste.
Preparation
Cut sausage into small rounds,saute sausage,onion, bell pepper,and celery in a 10 in. skillet with 2tbs.of cooking oil, until veggies are tender.Add chopped can tomatoes. Cook one cup rice in 1 1/2 cups of water in covered sauce pan for 15 minutes. Cook rice while sausage and veggies are sauteing. Add cooked rice to sausage and veggies Heat alltogether,Add creole seasoning to taste. Hot sauce on the side, and enjoy All I need now are some crawdaddies.
