Ingredients

2 Cups Heavy Cream

1 tsp Salt

3 lbs Yams, peeled

1/2 cup shredded Grand Cru Gruyere

Preparation

  1. Use a 9x9 baking dish, spray with cooking oil, place on baking sheet. Heat oven to 350
  2. Stir Cream and Salt, slice yams into cream
  3. Layer 1/3 yams. Sprinkle with 1/2 Cheese, layer 1/3 yams, sprinkle with 1/2 cheese cover with yams.
  4. Baked uncovered for 30 mins, remove from oven press down with spatula to allow liquid to cover crust. Return to oven. bake another 30 min. Let sit 15 min.
