Ingredients
2 Cups Heavy Cream
1 tsp Salt
3 lbs Yams, peeled
1/2 cup shredded Grand Cru Gruyere
Preparation
- Use a 9x9 baking dish, spray with cooking oil, place on baking sheet. Heat oven to 350
- Stir Cream and Salt, slice yams into cream
- Layer 1/3 yams. Sprinkle with 1/2 Cheese, layer 1/3 yams, sprinkle with 1/2 cheese cover with yams.
- Baked uncovered for 30 mins, remove from oven press down with spatula to allow liquid to cover crust. Return to oven. bake another 30 min. Let sit 15 min.
