Ingredients

6 (6-ounce) tilapia fillets

Cooking spray

1 ounce grated fresh Parmesan cheese(about 1/4 cup)

3 tablespoons chopped green onions

3 tablespoons light mayonnaise

1 tablespoon yogurt-based spread

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

1 garlic clove, pressed

Preparation

  1. preheat broiler
  2. pat fish dry with paper towel. Arrange fish on the rack of a broiler pan coated with cooking spray.
  3. combine cheese and next 6 ingredients in a small bowl. Spread mixture evenly over fish.
  4. Broil 11 minutes or until desired degree of doneness.
