Ingredients

1 lb ring bologna

(as the name implies is comes in the shape similar to a whole kilbassa but it’s not smoked.boars head makes a good one)

6 oz. jarlsberg cheese in one piece

2 hard boiled eggs

2 dill pickles

dressing:

1/2 c. light mayonaise

1/2 c. sour cream

1 T dijon mustard

1//4 cupped snipped chives

1/2 small onion minced

two dashes hot sauce

salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. cut bologna, cheese and pickles into small cubes,they should all be the same size. roughly chop eggs.

2.whisk all dressing ingredients together and let sit in frig at least half an hour.

  1. fold the chopped ingredients into the dressing and serve on good quality soft rolls.
